MedicFile was developed to assist medical practitioners to manage their appointments, patient's medical records and accounts.Your patients' medical records are now truly safe and confidential as the information is stored in an encrypted format and can only be accessed by users who were empowered to do so. Do TAG Software products sit within the cloud as Software as a Service (SaaS)?
TAG Software encourages its customers to house their data where possible and to avoid relinquishing control to foreign entities. We take data privacy seriously, and for this reason, it is our responsibility to put systems in place to safeguard business data, using global standards.

How does TAG Software bill for software?
All of our products are on an annual license/subscription model, billed the first week of January for all customers. If a customer starts a contract in the last quarter on the year, their licences will take effect from January of the next calendar year.

Our business does not have and IT department, does TAG Software offer IT support services with their software products?
Yes. We understand that all businesses are not the same, and we welcome working with businesses of different sizes. As such, we take pride in supporting all of our products to make sure your business is on the digital transformation journey.
